Cemotobike Refund & Returns Policy
Return Window
We offer a 15-day return window from the date the item is delivered.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused, in the same condition, with tags/labels, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number and dated receipt) is required.
- Customized products, gift cards, hazardous materials, or items explicitly marked as non-returnable are not eligible.
Who Pays Shipping
- Customer-remorse returns: customer pays return shipping.
- Our error: Cemotobike covers return shipping.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@cemotobike.us to request return authorization (RMA).
- Provide order number, your name, photos/videos of the item and packaging, and the reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address/label.
- Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
