Cemotobike Refund & Returns Policy

Return Window

We offer a 15-day return window from the date the item is delivered.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition, with tags/labels, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number and dated receipt) is required.
  • Customized products, gift cards, hazardous materials, or items explicitly marked as non-returnable are not eligible.

Who Pays Shipping

  • Customer-remorse returns: customer pays return shipping.
  • Our error: Cemotobike covers return shipping.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@cemotobike.us to request return authorization (RMA).
  2. Provide order number, your name, photos/videos of the item and packaging, and the reason for return.
  3. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address/label.
  4. Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
